Learn Your Purpose Operating System

We've established that every human has an inherently unique purpose. How does the workplace leverage this diversity? Step 1: Every employee needs to be recognized and developed in alignment with their uniqueness.

The Equation simplifies, gets to the heart and inspires the mind.

Here's a way to start:

Language:
1. Guide your people to understand their own operating system; what lights them up, energizes them, helps them work with the fewest barriers, the least amount of friction, and the most genuine excitement. Understand how they think, perceive, connect and interact.
- NOT with a survey, with a self-directed exploration. (surveys help later in the process)

2. Define all of the above with a specific small set of words. (cognitive shortcut to understand and ignite)

3. Managers and teams then use these specific words with that person to genuinely connect and SEE them for their gifts and talents and purpose. (not a label because the person choses the words and is encouraged to keep updating).

When:
1-1 meeting with manager, team meetings, problem-solving, project assignments, goal-setting, recognition.


Outcome:
✴ You create a culture of knowing and celebrating each person in ways that show you care and ways that maximize engagement.

✴ This group of individuals then experiences the knowing that everyone is special, everyone matters, everyone contributes, and that these differences are a gift.

Purpose unleashes collaboration, innovation, efficiencies and people who love to stay!
